Hi Medway
You and I run along parallel lines. We've messaged each other before with words of encouragement and I hold out my hand to you again.
After what was thought to be a successful treatment of rectal cancer, it has spread from the bowel to the liver and the lung. I am now on chemo for the second time in less than two years.
The good news is that it has been caught early on and the treatment was immediate. I have great support which is what is needed. I also have to do what i am told, which is hard!
Medway: Words of wisdom? Keep going. Keep taking the meds. Try and stay positive. Youre not alone. And can we please have a season we can get excited about!

Fucking hell mate. We had a family meltdown at the weekend when my missus lost her phone with all our holiday photo's on it (now been found thank god).
But just shows you how we take things for granted. There's me stressing about a few snaps of me and the kids at the beach and you come out with this. Made me feel like a right prick.
Wish you all the best mate. You are obviously made of strong stuff as you have beaten it twice so you are prepared mentally and physically for another fight.
You will come through again.
